My name is LaQuitta and I am the owner and original artist of Dip and Dabble Face Painting and Body Art LLC.​ I began face painting in November 2019 when my mom, Cheryl, gave my two sons a birthday party where she hired a face paint named Mrs. Vanessa. I was an artist in high school, so Mrs. Vanessa encouraged me try to paint my son's face.

I immediately fell in love with the art of face painting.​ I learned how to face paint from YouTube University where I spent hours watching videos, learning about tips, techniques, products and researching how to become a professional face painter. I started with water-based face paint and slowly added glitter tattoos, balloon twisting and a glitter bar to my services. 

 

In 2023 I added water-resistant airbrush face painting after seeing face paint melt off in the Louisiana heat. I eventually taught her husband Dilandos aka Mr. Airbrush Tattoo how to do water-resistant airbrush tattoos. In 2024 I taught him how to do water-resistant airbrush face painting. I am dedicated to improving my skills and skills of the Dip and Dabble team to provide customers with the best quality face paint and entertainment services in the Acadiana area.
